Where do you ship?+
We ship to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?+
Standard (5-7 business days) is $10, Express (2-3 business days) is $15 and Overnight is $25. Every method is free on orders of $200 or more. Full details are on Shipping & Returns.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Email hello@valorebeauty.us with your order number as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it.
My order arrived damaged or something is missing.+
Sorry about that. Email hello@valorebeauty.us with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Returns
What is your return policy?+
You can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. See how to return.
I opened a product and it doesn't suit my skin.+
We can't resell opened products, but please email hello@valorebeauty.us and tell us what happened. We look at every case individually.
Payment
How can I pay?+
Checkout takes major credit and debit cards through Square's secure payment page. Your card details go to Square directly and are never stored by us.
Do you charge sales tax?+
Yes. Sales tax is added and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where can I see the full ingredient list?+
Every product page has the complete ingredient list, in order of concentration, under Full ingredient list.
Can I use vitamin C and retinol together?+
Yes, just not at the same time. Use vitamin C in the morning under sunscreen, and retinol at night. Start retinol two or three nights a week and build up.
Should I patch test?+
Yes, with any new product. Apply a little to the inside of your forearm for a couple of days, and stop if you see redness or irritation.
Can I use these while pregnant or nursing?+
Please check with your doctor first, especially before using retinoids or exfoliating acids.
How long do products last once opened?+
Check the open-jar symbol on the packaging (for example, 12M means 12 months after opening). Store products away from heat and direct sunlight.
