These terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from NBRL LLC d/b/a Valoré (“Valoré,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Using the site

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or scrape it in bulk.

Our products

Valoré products are cosmetics for external use. Product descriptions are provided for general information and are not medical advice; our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the full ingredient list before use, patch test new products, and talk to a doctor if you have a skin condition or are pregnant or nursing. Individual results vary.

We try to show products, colors and descriptions accurately, but packaging can change and screens differ.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payments are processed by Square. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on Shipping & Returns.

Promotions

Promotions, gifts with purchase and discount codes are subject to availability and to any terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise they can't be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to past orders.

Intellectual property

The Valoré name, logo, and the text, images and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be waived by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
