We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from Doral, Florida, and delivery times below are business days after your order leaves us.

Every shipping method is free on orders of $200 or more.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@valorebeauty.us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund it, and you won't pay to ship anything back.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price.
For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened products. If a product you've opened doesn't agree with your skin, write to us anyway. We would like to hear about it and will look at every case individually.
How to return
- Email hello@valorebeauty.us with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the items back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is because of our mistake.
- Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
