Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information NBRL LLC d/b/a Valoré (“Valoré,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit this website or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can go to hello@valorebeauty.us.

What we collect

• Order information. When you check out: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the products you ordered and the amounts paid.
• Payment information. Card payments are entered on and processed by Square. Your full card number goes to Square directly; we never see or store it. We receive a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email, such as questions or return requests.
• Email sign-ups. If you join our email list, your email address.
• Your cart. The contents of your shopping bag are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you come back. This stays on your device.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To answer your questions and messages.
• To send order and shipping updates.
• To send marketing emails, only if you've signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only what they need to do that job:

• Square, to take payments.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Our website hosting, database and email providers.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing email, by writing to hello@valorebeauty.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor requests made under them. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, payments are handled by Square, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
